"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Brown hamburger, drain well and put in crock pot. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. (A little more water can be added depending on the amount of vegetables.) Cover and cook on low/slow heat while at work. Serve over rice or wide noodles.

NOTE: Can also be cooked in a frying pan on the stove. Cook meat, drain. Add vegetables, soup and water. Cover, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about an hour, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender, but not mushy.
