Ingredients:  
Potatoes - as many as you wish
Sugar
Salt
Minced onions - very tiny
Bacon - as much as you like
1/4 cup vinegar
Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and chop potatoes into chunks - boil and cook until soft
Drain
Sprinkle sugar and salt to taste onto potatoes
Add minced onions
Cook bacon until crisp saving the drippings
Add bacon to potatoes
To bacon drippings add 1/4 cup vinegar
Heat and mix until thickened
Pour over potatoes and keep warm
Add parsley if desired
