3 eggs
3/4 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp salt

cook on hot griddle or frying pan in small amount of oil

Serve warm with butter and syrup

These were traditionally served at Auntie Adele and Uncle Dave's house on Sunday mornings before the Packer/Lions game. Do you remember all the fighting? I personally think most of it was not over the game but as the result of an early start with the Bloody Mary's!
