1 can black eyed peas
1lb sausage
1 cup chop green pepper
1 cup chop celery
1 cup chop onion
1/2 cop chop green onion
2 cloves garlic chopped
1 cup uncooked instant rice
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 cups water
1 can rotel
2 tsp. creol seasoning (old bay)
2 tsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Saute meat and veggies, mix in all ingredients, bring to boil and reduce heat, simmer low for 20 min. Add chopped chicken, shrimp, or chopped pork for a change. We like to add shrimp!
