3 c. frozen shredded hashbrowns, thawed
1/3 c. margarine, melted
1 c. diced ham
1 c. shredded cheddar
2 eggs
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. milk
salt & pepper

Press hashbrowns between paper towels to remove excess moisture. Press into bottom and sides of a 9" pie plate. Drizzle with margarine. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes.

Combine ham, cheese and green pepper. Spoon over crust. Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over all. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 25-30 minutes. Let stand before cutting.

Serves 3-4 peoples

Double recipe for 9X13 pan.

Tip: Crust can be made the day before and refrigerated.
