6 slices white bread 6 eggs 1 lb. hot or mild sausage 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1 c. eagle brand milk 1 c. milk
Butter both sides of bread and place in bottom of the pan. Cook sausage and drain then place over bread. Sprinkle cheese over sausage. Mix eggs, milk and eagle brand milk and pour over cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350º for 50-60 minutes.
