1 qt. vanilla ice cream 2 c. Cool Whip 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter 1 Oreo pie shell
Sauce 1 c. chocolate chips 1 1/2 c. evaporated milk 1/2 c. butter 2 c. powdered sugar 1 tbsp. vanilla
Mix ice cream, Cool Whip and peanut butter. Pour into Oreo shell. Keep frozen until serving. When ready to serve, cook sauce ingredients over low heat until smooth and thick. Slice pie and drizzle sauce over top.
