1 c. margarine, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)

1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla and blend. Mix dry ingredients together in a small bowl. Alternately add dry ingredients and sour cream until all blended. Spread half of batter in 13X9 pan.

For Topping, mix together topping ingredients. Add half of topping on cake mix. Spread remaining batter in pan and cover with remaining toppings. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
