Dough (makes 1 9" round pan) 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. flour 3 eggs beaten 1 tsp. sugar 1 pinch salt
Mix dough ingredients and set aside. Fry about 1-2 medium apples in butter with a dash of lemon juice until they arr soft. Pour apples in the 9" pan. Pour dough over apples. Bake at 500º until it rises and browns (about 10 minutes). Slide pan out and dot with butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Slide pan back in oven and finish cooking (about 5 minutes).
