3 Eggs 2 1/2 C. scalded Milk
1/2 tsp. Salt 1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 C. Sugar 1 Unbaked Pie Shell
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Using a fork, beat eggs; do not use a beater. Mix salt, sugar, and nutmeg; add to eggs and mix. Pour in milk and mix; add vanilla. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 about 30 minutes.
