Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
3 T. brown sugar
1 1/2 t. chili powder (more to taste)
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. Ketchup
1 c. water
1 12 oz. can corned beef

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef in large skillet with chopped onion. Drain grease. Add corned beef and remaining ingredients, and simmer, uncovered, for 1 to 2 hours.

Notes: I usually use a fork to take the corned beef out of the can in small pieces so I don't have to break it up in the skillet. Also, after browning the ground beef, you can mix everything in a slow cooker and cook on low for 3-4 hours. (only use 1/4 cup water if you use a slow cooker)

Personal Notes:
This has become the "moving" meal of choice. Mom (Donna Sherwood) would always put this on in the morning and by the time we were ready for lunch, it was ready for us.
