4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
thinly sliced red bell pepper
1 small onion, quartered and separated
2 small zucchini, peeled and sliced
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Lay out 4 large pieces of foil. Place a chicken breast on each piece. Add some red pepper, onion and zucchini. Cover with about 1 T of BBQ sauce and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
Fold and crimp the foil to seal packets. Place on a baking sheet (seam side up) and bake 35 minutes at 350. Carefully unwrap foil packets when done. Can serve on rice.
