1 large can of enchilada sauce
4 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 small can of black olives
2 dozen small corn tortillas
1 chopped onion
1 pkg. cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken and shred it. Mix soup, olives and onion. Layer crockpot with sauce, tortillas, soup mixture, chicken and cheese. Repeat these layers over and over, ending with the cheese on the top.

Cook 5 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
