8 oz. linguini
1 T. olive oil
4 lg. cloves garlic, minced
3 (6 1/2) oz. cans minced clams, undrained
1/4 c. grated parmeasean cheese, separated
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to directions. Heat a skillet and add olive oil. Place over medium high heat until hot. Add garlic and saute 2 mins.
Drain clams, reserving liquid. Add reserved clam liquid to pan and cook 4 minutes. Add clams and cook until thoroughly heated. Add pasta and toss well. Add 3 T. parmesean cheese, tossing well. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

This is the low calorie version. I usually add more olive oil.
