1 pkg. yellow cake mix
Beat: (batter)
1 (29 oz) can pumpkin
4 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1-1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 cup butter or margarine
nuts, coconut

Pour batter into greased 9x12 cake pan. Sprinkle one package of dry yellow cake mix over above batter, pour 1 cup melted butter over top and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for about one half hour, sprinkle with coconut and bake for 30 minutes. Cool, refrigerate and top with prepared topping or whipped cream.
