1 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter
1 egg
1 cup sour milk
1 2/3 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. gloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugar, add egg, soda and sour milk. Add to creamed mixture and add flour and spices. Bake in 350 oven till center springs back. About 30 minutes. Ice if you wish.
