1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup walnuts/pecans
3 Hershey candy bars

Directions:
Directions:
Spread 1/2 nuts on a cookie sheet. Bring butter and brown sugar to boil. (medium heat) do not adjust flame. Boil "exactly" 8 minutes stirring constantly.
After it boils 8 minutes pour mixture over the nuts and lay the candy bars on top.. After chocolate is melted, spread the chocolate evenly and sprinkle with remaining nuts. Refrigerate.
Break into pieces and enjoy.

These make great gifts during the holidays. When given to the VanderKooy family one year, they did not make it home. Jeff ate them all at the rink!
