1 small can crushed pineapple
1 - 3 oz. pkg. strawberry jello
1 cup boiling water
1 - 1 lb can whole cranberry sauce
1/2 cup cold liquid: reserved pineapple juice and water to make 1/2 cup
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Dressing:
2 T. mayonnaise
2 T. sour cream
1/2 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple, reserving juices. Dissolve jello in hot water. While still warm, stir in cranberry sauce and mix until melted. Stir in 1/2 cup cold liquid, lemon juice, pineapple and nuts, if used. Pour in 1-1/2 quart mold and chill until set. Blend mayonaisse, sour cream and sugar well. Spoon on when serving.
