1/2 lb. spaghetti
1/4 cup tamari sauce (dark soy)
1/4 cup, rounded, peanut butter, soften in microwave for 15 seconds
2 T. cider or rice wine vinegar
1 T. dark sesame oil
2 T. hot sauce
2 cups shredded cabbage and carrot mix
1 cup bean sprouts or pea shoots
3 scallions, chopped on an angle
2 T. sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta el dente, run under cold water to stop cooking, drain very well. Whisk tamari sauce, peanut butter, vinegar, sesame oil, and hot sauce together in a large bowl, add noodles and veggies and toss to coat noodles evenly with the sauce. Sprinkle scallions and sesame seeds on top.
