3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk, divided
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted and cooled
1/4 cup milk
1 pkg. devil's food cake mix (18.25 oz)
1 large egg white, slightly beaten
1 7-oz jar marshamallow creme (about 1-3/4 cup)
1/2 cup peanut butter morsels

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9x13 dish with cooking spray. Combine 1/4 cup condensed milk with butter, milk, cake mix and egg white (batter will be stiff). Spray cooking spray on hands and press 2/3rds of the batter into prepared dish. This layer will be thin. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Combine 1/2 cup condensed milk and marshmallow creme in bowl, stir in peanut butter morsels. Spread this mixture over brownie layer. Carefully drop remaining batter by spoonfuls over marshmallow mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cool completely.
