1 2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 T. grated lemon peel

In bowl mix ingredients well. Chill and freeze according to ice cream machine instructions.

This is so refreshing! It doesn't make a huge amount but can be doubled if you feel the need. Any leftovers feeze well in airtight container.
