2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 T. sugar
3/4 c. shortening
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 tsp. vinegar
3 - 4 T. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt & sugar, cut shortening into flour mixture. Combine egg & vinegar and add to mixture. Add water a tablesspoon at a time until dough is moist enough to form ball. Shape into to equal balls. Roll out into shape needed for pies. Will make 2 pie crusts.
