1-1/2# ground beef
1 large onion, diced
1/2 rice, quick cooking
Salt & pepper to taste
1 large head of cabbage, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 can tomato paste
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350ºF.
Brown beef (if beef is high fat, drain off most of fat before sautéing onion) and onion in a large skillet, add rice and season.
Spray a 9X13 glass pan with canola oil. Sprinkle 1/2 of cabbage, season, spread meat mixture over top and place remaining cabbage on top.
Combine remaining ingredients into a sauce. Pour over cabbage.
Bake 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes. Serve
