4 oz mushrooms, diced
1 small eggplant, diced in small pieces
1/2-1 # ground turkey
1/2 # ground sirloin
1 small can tomato paste
2 t dried oregano
2 t dried basil
1/2 t sea salt
1/4 black pepper
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 t paprika
1 small red onion, minced
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350F.
Combine all ingredients until loosely combined.
Spray canola oil in a large glass bread pan ( use your Pampered Chef sprayer).
Bake 45 minute to an internal temperature of 160F. Let set for 10 minutes before slicing.
