2 c arborio rice
1 c white wine
4 c vegetable broth
1 can condensed golden mushroom soup
1 t garlic, minced
1 t sea salt
1/4 t pepper
1/2 t thyme
1/2 c Parmesan, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except cheese, in a slow cooker. Cook on high for 3 hours, stirring every 30 for 2 hours, then every 15 minutes the last hour. Watch rice for doneness, al dente is desirable. Stir in cheese and serve.
