1 lb hamburger or less
1/2 lb pork sausage
Add 1 c celery
1 c chopped onions
Add salt and pepper
Add 1 stick oleo.
Sage to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cover with water and simmer.
Simmer until meat is brown and veggies are tender.

Add crumbs, salt, parsley, pepper and sage to taste.
May add more water if needed.

Use approximately 2 to 3 - 8 oz bags of crumbs. (or large bowl full of dried heels of bread like mom did!!)
