1 chicken cooked and cut up OR
1 can or more of canned chicken!
1 pkg. frozen Cauliflour (10 oz.)
1 pkg. frozen Broccoli (10 oz.)
1 lb. Colby Cheese (grated)--Save 1/2 cup cheese for topping.
Cooked lasagna noodles for layering with other ingredients.
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
3 cans cream of chicken soup

Mix veggies, soups, cheese (remembering to save 1/2 cup for topping) and chicken. Layer ingredients, beginning with lasagna noodles on bottom, adding a generous layer of mixture, and then more lasagna noodles until entire mixture is used, ending with layer of mixture. Add 1/2 cup cheese on top. Bake at 350 for one hour, covered.

This casserole is something we really enjoy, and it's very easy to fix. I usually have cooked my chicken ahead and have it frozen, so it takes no time to add the chicken. OR I have learned that the canned chicken is very good also. You may want to use two cans, but mix in one can first, before you decide if it's enough to suit you. Sometimes, I use a larger amount of the vegetables and cheese, if I want to. This, as many casseroles, is better if left standing for awhile after baking and delicious as leftovers! I often bake part of it and freeze the other part, to thaw and bake at a later date. Since it contains vegetables, poutlry and pasta, you don't have to serve a great deal of other items with it. Garlic toast and perhaps a salad of some kind! Nice for company or for "just us"!
