1 bottle Apricot Jam (I use Smuckers Apricot Preserves)
1 bottle Russian salad dressing
1 pkg Lipton Onion Soup Mix
4 chicken breasts cut into large bite-size pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together jam, dressing, and onion soup mix. Put chicken in a
baking dish. Cover with sauce. Bake at 325 for about 60
minutes. If sauce is too thin after baking, add mixture of
cornstarch and water to thicken. Serve with rice.
