4 green peppers finely chopped
4 red peppers finely chopped
4 onions finely chopped
1 cup cider vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt.
1 tsp. garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a large stainless steel or enamel saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer 10 min. Drain relish and reserve liquid. Spoon relish loosely into clean jars, then pour reserved liquid into jars to within 1/2 inch of the top. Cap jars and process in a boiling water bath for 5 min.
