Blend:
1 stick parkay margarine (softened)
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 - 16oz.can Hershey's choc. syrup

Add:
1 1/4 c. flour - mix well
1 1/2 c. semi sweet choc chips
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts

FROSTING:
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter (not margarine)
1/3 c. whole milk or 2%
1 1/3 c. semi sweet choc chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the above in order and pour into a greased 9x13 pan.
Bake 350 for 35-45 min.

FROSTING:
Heat at med temp sugar, butter, and milk, stirring constantly. After it comes to a rolling boil, reduce heat as not to burn and boil 1 minute longer. Remove from heat and add 1 1/3c. semi sweet chocolate chips, stir about 1 minute, then frost cooled Brownies.
