1/2 tsp. salt
2 T. milk
1 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
I combine ingredients in my bread maker and let it do the kneading for me. Dough will be stiff. Roll out thin on floured surface. Let stand for 20 min. Roll loosely and slice 1/4 " strips. Unroll, spread out and dry for 2 hrs. Drop into boiling soup or salted water uncovered for 10 min.

This recipe is therapy for me. Great with Chicken and gravy, beef stroganoff or Chinese food.
