6 eggs beaten
2 c. milk
6 slices white bread cubed (remove crust)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1# browned pork sausage
1 c. cheddar cheese grated
1 sm. green pepper
1/4 # mushrooms-chopped
1 sm. tomato (optional)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9x13 glass pan and let sit overnight.

Bake 350 for 45 min.
