2 bunches of Broccoli (cut to bite size)
5 green onions finely chopped
6 slices bacon - crisp and crumbled
Optional - 2 apples cubed
1/2 c. chopped pecan, almonds or peanuts
1/2 c. raisins or craisins
Dressing: 1 c. mayonnaise
2 T. white vinegar
2 T. sugar

Directions:

Mix dressing and refrigerate. Combine salad ingredients - top with dressing.

This is just a great standby for me. You might even get a young one to eat broccoli once they taste the dressing!
