5 lb. boneless beef roast or Pork roast
1-16 oz. jar of salsa
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 large onion chopped
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Pour salsa & water over roast in pan or pot. Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Add onion. You can refigerate overnight or put right into oven. Bake at 275 for a maximum of 10 hours. The meat will shred easily when done.

I put this in the oven and let cook all night, sometimes up to twelve hours if I use bigger roast. This is good on a bun as a sandwich but we use it to make burritos. Service with Green Chili Rice recipe.
