1 c. flour 1 c. water 1/2 c. salt 1 T. oil 2 tsp. cream of tartar Few drops food color
Add all ingredients in saucepan. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly. It will look gooey and lumpy at first. It will become thick and start to pull away from the sides of pan. Remove and knead in color. Store for months in plastic container or Ziploc bag.
