2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
1/2 c. Sour Cream
1/2 c. diced green chilies or to taste
2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 doz. corn tortillas
2 c. diced, cooked chicken - optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soup, sour cream, chilies and onions. Coat bottom of 9x13 pan with mixture. Layer tortillas, cheese, chicken and mixture ending with sauce and cheese on top. Bake for 30 to 40 min. at 350.

Leftover turkey (think Thanksgiving!) is a good substitute for chicken. Stretch it by using more sour cream and cheese. Serve with beans and rice or salad and rolls and you've got a meal!
