Ingredients:  
1 - 3 ounce can chopped green chilies
1 - 16 ounce can cream-style corn
1/2 c. corn meal
2 T. sugar
1/2 c. milk
3 T. butter melted
1/2 c. cheese grated

Directions:
Directions:
Pam small casserole dish. Mix all ingredients except cheese together and pour into dish. Bake for 30 min. at 400. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and return to oven to melt.

I serve this instead of potatoes with any meat. If I need to stretch this recipe for a group I add a can of regular kernal corn and extra cheese.
