Ingredients:
6 slices of bread
6 slices of cheese
1 large tomato, sliced
9 bacon slices

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange bread on broiler tray. Cut bacon slices in half. Layer 1 slice of cheese, 1 tomato slice, and 3 half pieces of bacon on each piece of bread. Broil for about 3 - 4 minutes until cheese melts and bacon cooks. Don't walk away from stove. Watch carefully! Sometimes I fry bacon slices partially before placing on tomato. It removes some of the fat.
Serve immediately.

David's mother introduced us to these neat sandwiches and our family loves them. Almost any type of bread or cheese can be used.
