I whole Chicken, cut up
Flour
Nutmeg
1 can sliced pineapple
juice from pineapple plus water to equal 1 cup
oil

Directions:
Directions:
Roll chicken in flour mixture and brown in hot oil.
Put chicken in glass baking pan and top with pineapple and juice/water liquid. Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes and serve with rice and vegtables.
