2 Medium Onion, Cubed
1 Cup Vinegar
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 14 Ounce Can Tomato, Mashed
3/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon Cloves
1/2 Teaspoon Allspice
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion in vinegar for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer about 1/2 hour. Serve with your pasties and enjoy.
