1 lb. ground turkey breast
1 pkg. chili seasoning
2 cans (14 oz.) stewed chopped tomatoes
1 can (14 oz.) fat free chicken broth
3 cloves garlic, pressed
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cans (15oz.) chili beans
3-4 c. water
1/4 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. sugar
1 c. uncooked macaroni
1 Tbsp. fat free sour cream per serving for garnish

Directions:

Spray large Dutch oven with nonstick cooking spray. Add ground turkey breast and brown over medium heat. Add chili seasoning and stir. Add all remaining ingredients, except macaroni and sour cream. Simmer over medium-low heat for 45 min. Add macaroni and cook an additional 15-20 min. Serve with a dollop of sour cream on top, if desired.
