1-1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup corn syrup
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup butter
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy sauce pan combine the sugar , corn syrup, cream, butter and salt. Bring to a boil and stir constantly until sugar is dissolved. Insert a candy thermometer and continue cooking until temperature reaches 238. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
