6 cups Potatoes O'Brien ,
2 cups diced Ham,
2 cups shredded Cheese, Swiss or Cheddar,
6-7 Eggs,
1/3 cup Milk,
1/4 cup Cottage Cheese,
1/4 tsp Pepper,
1/4 Salt,

Directions:
Directions:
Make 2 layers starting with potatoes, ham and shredded cheese in 9x13 dish.
Mix eggs, milk, cottage cheese, salt and pepper all together and pour over ingredients already in dish. Bake 350 for 45-50 minutes. If mixed the night before, bake 50-60 minutes or til browned.
