Ingredients:  
2 cups rice (cooked, no salt)
2 pkgs frozen broccoli
1 small jar Cheese Whiz
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rice, broccoli, Cheese Whiz and cream of mushroom soup. Mix well. Pour ingredients into a casserole dish and bake in 350 oven for app. 30 minutes.

I usually use chopped broccoli for this casserole.
I always double the recipe if my kids are going to eat with us, because they love it.
