1 roll of peanut better cookie dough (softened) ½ cup chopped nuts 8 oz. cream cheese ½ cup brown sugar ½ tsp vanilla 3 medium Granny Smith apples ½ cup Carmel ice cream topping (Smuckers)
Spread peanut butter cookie dough on pizza pan and bake 15 minutes at 350. Let cool. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until soft. Spread cream cheese mixture on cookie. Slice apples and arrange on cookie. Drizzle Carmel topping on apples then sprinkle nuts.
