Pumpkin Bread Recipe

1 cup wesson oilę
3 cups sugar
3 eggs
3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves
1/2 tso salt
1 large can of pumpkin - not pie mix

Prehat oven to 350║

Spray 2 loaf pans with non stick spray.

Mix oil and sugar together, add eggs one at a time; stir in pumpkin.
Sift together the dry ingredients.

Add to wet mixture, blend well.

Pour into prepared pans.

Bake approximately 1 hour 15 minutes - or until knife in comes out clean.
