5 lbs red potatoes
3 bunches green onions, washed and diced
2 lbs fried, chopped bacon
18 boiled eggs cut into pieces
1 large jar Miracle Whip©
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and eye potatoes - Leave skin on, cut into bite size pieces.

Boil till just soft.

Mix all ingredients and chill.

Onion powder and Laurey's seasoning salt can be used.

Mayonnaise can be substituted for the Miracle Whip if if will be refrigerated longer than a day.
