1 German or Swiss Chocolate Cake Mix

12 oz. pkg. Chocolate Chips

Evaporated Milk

14 oz pkg. Kraft Caramels

1- stick margarine

Nuts (1 to 1- c.)

Make cake mix as directed. Melt caramels and margarine with evaporated

milk. Bring to a slow boil.

Directions:

Pour of cake batter into greased and floured 9x12 plan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Put chocolate chips and caramel mixture on top of baked cake immediately. Pour remaining of cake batter on top. Sprinkle with chopped nuts

Bake for 20-25 minutes @ 350 degrees.
