1 pkg. instant lemon pudding 3/4 c. salad oil 4 eggs 3/4 c. water 1 pkg. yellow cake mix Topping: 2 c. sifted powdered sugar 1/2 orange juice 2 T. melted butter
Mix cake ingredients together. Beat 2 minutes. Bake 40 minutes in a greased 9 x 13 pan or 20 minutes in a jelly roll pan. For the topping, let the cake cool for 10 minutes. With a fork, make holes 1 inch apart over cake to bottom. Spread topping over cake and smooth in the holes.
