2 1/2 to 3 lb lean boneless chuck or roast
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 T Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup tomato ketchup
2 T red wine vinegar
1 T dijon mustard
1/4 tsp liquid smoke flavoring
1 T brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
10 -12 French rolls or sandwich buns

Directions:
Directions:
Place beef in a slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients (except rolls). Pour over meat. Cover and cook on LOW for 8-9 hours.
Refrigerate or prepare sandwiches now.
Shred beef by pulling it apart with 2 forks; add 1 cup of the sauce. Reheat mixture in microwave or on stovetop. Spoon on warm, open face rolls or buns. Top with additional warm sauce, if desired.
*If you like extra sauce, double the sauce ingredients.

I haven't actually made this recipe but when I visited Aunt Ellie in CA, she made these sandwiches and they were really good. They were so good I asked her to share this recipe. Enjoy!
